By making a reservation for our house property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

   - A full refund is available for cancellations made 14 months prior to the arrival date.

   - A 25% cancellation fee of the total amount is applicable for cancellations made between eight (8) and thirteen (13) months before the arrival date.

   - A 50% cancellation fee of the total amount is applicable for cancellations made between three (3) and eight (8) months before the arrival date.

   - No refund is available for cancellations made three (3) months or less before the arrival date.

2. Security Deposit:

   - The security deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after the departure date if there are no damages.

   - Damages exceeding the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest.

3. Smoking and Pets:

   - Smoking is not permitted at any time in the house property.

   - No pets are allowed on the premises due to potential guest allergies.

4. Compliance:

   - All policies and procedures outlined in the confirmation letter, brochure, and guide book must be followed.

   - Failure to comply may result in the security deposit being used to cover any expenses, including damages to the property or its furnishings.

5. Trip Insurance:

   - It is recommended to consider purchasing trip insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may disrupt travel plans.

By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
